Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order from eBooze?

You have to register on the eBooze website. It is quick and easy, and there are no sign up costs. You'll be asked to supply some personal details and to choose a username and password. Browse through our products, add to your "coolbox", and log in to place your order. Once your order is complete, proceed to "checkout" to confirm payment, and wait while we deliver it to your doorstep.

What can I order?

eBooze sells beverages such as wines, sodas, energy drinks, spirits, beer and a variety of ready to drink beverages and ciders. Should you require something that is not available on our website, simply drop us an email and we'll try our best to oblige.

Do I have to order a minimum amount?

There is no minimum order required. The delivery fee is area based not quantity based so no matter how much or how little you order the delivery fee remains unchanged.

I don’t have a credit card – can I still order?

Yes , All you need to do is select the cash button on check out or call us on 021 422 1525 / 082 310 7887 to place your order. You will then need to pay cash on delivery.

Delivery Areas & Fees?

Each area has a delivery fee irrespective of the amount ordered, due to the distance of the location. Scheduled delivery times are as follows: • 10h00 – 18h00 Mon - Tues and 10h00 – 20h00 Wed - Fri 16h00 – 20h00 Sat

Is the Boozelegger’s gratuity / tip included in the charge?

No. We don’t pre-charge for the gratuity as this is something that should be left to your discretion. Our Boozeleggers aim to offer excellent and speedy service and they will always welcome a gratuity / tip at the point of delivery.

Do you operate & deliver on any day?

eBooze will deliver on any day, except for Sundays

Can anyone collect orders at the delivery address?

eBooze will only deliver alcohol to persons aged 18 years or older and proof of identification is required. If the order was paid for online via credit card, the credit card must be presented for cross-checking purposes upon delivery.

Does eBooze deliver nationwide?

Yes we do, please contact us on orders@ebooze.co.za or give us a call on 021 422 1525 to discuss courier rates

What do I do if I cannot remember my password?

Well we're hoping that you'll become such a regular here at eBooze, that you'll never forget your password! If you do however, simply type in your email address and instead of clicking "Log In", click "Forgot Password". Instructions on how to reset your password will then be emailed to your registered email address.

If I am registered will my account stay active forever?

Yes, all accounts will remain active indefinitely.

Do you provide discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we are flexible in our pricing and specialize in large and bulk orders for catering, parties, and corporate and social events as well. Please contact us at orders@ebooze.co.za or 021 422 1525 a tailor-made quote

And remember we offer consignment stock for parties as well as a full party service of glasses, ice buckets, Ice etc.
